MEANINGFUL RESEARCH

Our research tools and methodologies come out at the start of each project. A good research approach frames the work and helps us understand what’s been done before; it ensures we know the users and customers and the outcome needed. We work closely with stakeholders and we’ll come up for air once we’ve a true feeling of who the work is for and what behaviours we’re supporting or changing.

Human-centered Insights

We like to get under the skin of our users and really understand what they do and why. There is no better way than to listen to them, watch them in their normal environment and use tools to translate what we learn into tools for our business partners to use. e use traditional persona and journey mapping techniques to do this.

Great Conceptual Design

It’s important to start the design process early, to take out waste and ensure the minimum of time is spent in rework. Our conceptual stage supports an early start to design and making decisions quickly. It often includes the business owner or actual end user.

Design

Our design techniques allow us to create both high fidelity and low fidelity prototypes and wireframes. We use mainstream tools such as Axure, InVision and Balsamiq to create these testable prototypes, then we test and iterate, learning and changing as we go. Over the years we have prototyped experiences, services and actual physical spaces. We’ll also get involved in creating the User Interface design for products and services.
